• If you want the 8, 6 or 4-hour training, the first thing you must do is a booking, with a symbolic price of €25.
• After booking, we will contact you to find the best day, and we will also talk about what training content you are looking for.
• We adapt to your availability and our calendar to do it on the best day.
• The training must be offered entirely on the same day. With a lunch break if applicable.
• You can choose the training content: FANUC, KUKA, or ABB.
• And also the topic: Basic handling, Basic programming, Advanced programming, or Maintenance.
• When the scheduled day for the training arrives, the teacher will start the course and when 30 minutes have elapsed, they will ask you if you are satisfied or not. If yes, you will have to pay the rest of the course. If not, the training will end and you will only have paid the €25 booking, which is non-refundable.
• The payment for the rest of the course will be made in the same way as the booking.
• The training cannot be video recorded, but teaching materials, and ABB, KUKA, or FANUC manuals will be provided.
• In case of force majeure, the training could be cancelled by FormacionRobotica.Com, in which case the €25 booking will be refunded.
• The training will be carried out via the Teams or Zoom platform.
• When the training date is scheduled, an email is sent with all the necessary instructions to be prepared for the training.
• The training is only taught in Spanish, Portuguese, or English.
• The service is provided by our partner FormacionRobotica.Com.
• In accordance with Portuguese Decree-Law no. 24/2014, by expressly starting the training (a personalized and live digital service), the client waives their right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period).
